We stayed at Parc Borough City Resort -Sha Extra Plus and were pleased with our experience. the Regency Suite was smartly split into living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, providing ample space for our family. the outside seating area by the pool created a calm and tropical atmosphere, blocking out any noise from the nearby main street. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices.

The hotel's location near the airport was convenient. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Spent my xmas at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful pool and great breakfast offered. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. Our room was not cleaned well and the staff did not seem well-trained.

The hotel's gardens were beautifully landscaped and the pool area provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the friendly and attentive staff provided excellent customer service. the hotel's location was conveniently close to the airport and within easy driving distance of several restaurants and shopping centers. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Western and Eastern dishes.

Although the hotel's location was convenient for our business trip, it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions and required a taxi or Grab ride to get around. Some taxi and Grab drivers were unfamiliar with the hotel's location, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

Lovely pool, nice pool room, and great breakfast. The staff tried their best to resolve our room issues and offered a late check-out and refund. Free airport shuttle was convenient. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its overall experience.

During my stay, I was impressed with how convenient the location was, being close to the airport and within reasonable distance to many popular tourist attractions. Although not in the city center, it was just outside the square of Chiang Mai which was lively and accessible with public transportation. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious, and I appreciated the prompt and friendly service of the staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. One of my favorite aspects was the well-stocked mini bar that came with the room, making me feel right at home. The pool and gardens were also a nice touch, adding to the overall relaxation factor.

The views from the windows of my room were not spectacular, but this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

This hotel is a true oasis of luxury, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the saltwater pool and sun terrace were heavenly, providing a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the full body massage and head massage in the Spa Centre were rejuvenating and satisfying, a perfect treat for any traveler looking for a pampering experience. the location is great, and the helpful staff were always available to assist with any questions.

The outdoor pool was a bit small and can get crowded, so finding a spot to lounge can be difficult at times. Despite this minor issue, the hotel offered plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy yourselves.
